Reptiles force ball has some priority and doesn't disappear or get beat by the opponents. It's so shitty as a Havik main to never get buffs. I have to come watch Honeybee to scratch my buff itch. At least Reptile has gotten some love, maybe someday Havik will get something, and no I dont consider the extra frames of recovery they gave 2 of his normals buffs. At least not good ones that will make much of a difference.

One day, they said they got buffs in mind for havik that are meaningful, possibly dropping later this season in a mid season patch hopefully. This main patch had so many things I wouldn’t be surprised if some other changes got delayed.

I really hate how useless so many of Rain's gimmick specials are. There were very few times where Kamui used those portals to hit you. Most of the time they backfired and you hit him out of it instead. Compare to Reptile's invisibility gimmick which actually had a really high success rate for mixups. You also got pretty good at countering the whirlpools and lightning bolts too so they also stopped being terribly useful. Despite turning him into a mage he really can't be played like one effectively. Most of his openings are gained from up-close strikes. I'd like to see more options and advantage states for the portals, lightning bolts, water jets etc. even if that means nerfing other aspects of his kit.
