Chocolate Sponge Cake
6 eggs,
1 cup sugar,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
3/4 cup flour,
3 teaspoons cocoa
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add sugar and yolks. Mix flour with baking powder, add cocoa at the end. 170 degrees 30-40 minutes
chocolate cream
750 ml milk,
200g butter,
Vanilla sugar,
2 packets of vanilla pudding,
50 g milk chocolate,
100g dark chocolate,
100g sugar
Heat 500 ml of milk and melt the butter in it, when the butter melts, add sugar, vanilla sugar, chocolate. Heat everything together while stirring. Down
Add 250 ml of cold milk, add two puddings. Pour the pudding into the boiling milk and bring to the boil.
When the mixture thickens, cover with cling film and set aside to cool completely.
Mascarpone cream
200 ml sweet cream, 250 g mascarpone, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
