bro you have to try sauce made from chopped red pepper, chilli jam, onion, honey, and some spices(black pepper, sugar, salt) then mix it with that crispy bitter melon

@@garrichf you can remove the spicy as long as it's still medium-thicc red glossy sauce, but overall it will look like chinese dish called Egg foo young
