Zane especially. That kind of super hardcore training may well earn Regan what he misses most, muscle maturity.

This workout reminding me of the late Ronnie Coleman. I did your 25 mass building chest workout about two weeks ago. It was crazy. I had never pushed myself to that extreme. I’m a 150 lb ectomorph who started weight training two years ago and it is one of the best things I ever did. Something about just being stronger makes life in general and your job (strenuous physical thirds) much easier. Thanks. One hope-Jesus Christ!

This Olympia will determine if that’s true. He will have a whole year to grow. Depending on how much progress he makes will determine if he’s hit his ceiling or not.

It is a stacked lineup this year. I like Regan, but he will be lucky to crack the top 10

I agree with starting with your weakness (aka rear delts) however I notice I lose stability for my heavy overhead pressing afterwards. Since the rear delts are much smaller and weaker in comparison to the lateral and anterior heads, I like doing them at the end because they’re easy to burn out after they’ve been helping stabilize during my whole workout. Similar to how biceps are being worked during your back movements, then burn them out at the end.
@nanofarias3 жыл бұрын
If you're already tires then the sets will be less effective. If it's a weakness do them when you're fresh, otherwise they will forever be a weakness
@Rajdweep3 жыл бұрын
@@nanofarias tru, i did ppl for almost 2yrs since i started working out and since i always trained my arms at the end they r small proportionally, even if a supporting muscle burns out it should be hit atleast once a week at the beginning
@Kurtiswayne913 жыл бұрын
@@nanofarias but for a smaller muscle group, you don’t need as much energy. For this example, the rear delts do a lot of stability work and I’d rather have the stability for my heavy overhead pressing, and then just crush the rear delts at the end. Just like doing your whole back, then finishing with biceps.

That’s a bit of a stretch. I like Regan and believe he can win it one day but certainly not this year. This is one of the toughest years in a while.

@@Jay-hp6pu im hearing u bro, its a wildcard thing...someone u know who could do damage if they cracked the structure/size/condition formular. More size n density with excellent condition would see him quickly match the others imo

So this would be your full workout on a day your doing delts? How long would you be in the gym for doing this? It looks like about an hour workout? I'm just trying to get a feel for how long people are really spending in the gym to achieve these physiques. I know Chris says he does like 1-1.5 hours 5 days a week but then Mark Plummer says he doing 2 hour workouts 7 days a week.
