@@TomGreen-gi3tl LOL OK WILL DO! There’s nothing wrong with drag curls, but biceps exercises, like all exercises, really aren’t that complicated. Go heavy af, keep decent enough form/tension on your muscle, and do as much volume as you can and you’re gonna grow. Nothing will ever beat the flat barbell curl.

@@zalapski9399 try it for yourself. Do 3 sets of your way. Which I agree is a staple in bicep exercises. Then do 3 sets of drag curls. Hitting your muscles at different angles and position will give you better results. Try it. I've been doing this for over thirty years.

@@TomGreen-gi3tl yeah I’ll agree, I’m totally with same exercise different angles. From my perspective you really only have 3 exercises / body part before that body part is cashed (especially muscle as small as bicep), and I’m a higher volume trainer. So I’m all about bang for your buck, so when I hit biceps (at end of pull day) I gotta build as much mass as possible with the limited energy and muscle building opportunity my body has. So I’m hittin flat BB curls, preacher curls, and either reverse curls/hammer. Back when I’d do dedicated arm day I would mix in drag curls, seated incline light DB curls, etc. It’s just my opinion that each opportunity for lifting I have MUST be dedicated to mass building as much as possible over sculpting and fine tuning.

Regan has a great build and I hope he does well. Still, I always hearken back to old Ronnie Coleman videos of his training, it was so sick, he was such a beast. Not many people will ever get to that point.

Hes not the best example man. Ate too much and ruined his abdominal wall. Ruined his hips, neck, knees, and back. Cant even take a dump now without help and hes broke. And frankly Levrone, Nasser and Gunter all should have won some of his 8 Sandows. All of them not to mention Lee Haney (8 time winner) are all healthy now. And Jay who was just as big on the scales is still as healthy as a horse. His way isnt the best way. He was a beast but look at him now compared to those I mentioned

This is fantastic. Because Regan suffers from the same affliction as the others in The Canuck Quartet (Antoine, CBum and Iain) who are arms-deficient. Just to clarify: I am a _huge_ fan of all four, have all manner of respect for each, but _to my eyes_ they all need more arm mass. This is only my subjective observation, AKA an 'opinion', based on what I've watched of bodybuilding over almost five decades now. Please send your hate to a more deserving party. LOL)

Regan's structure (insertion points, muscle belly length etc.) for his biceps is deficient unfortunately. Not much he can do about it other than get his biceps as big as he can, and even then they won't look that great. Luckily for him (and cbum etc.) the rest of him is good enough for it not to make too much of a dent on his overall physique. Still must annoy the shit out of him but heck no one ever has had a perfect physique (Ronnie's high triceps and terrible abs and calves, Phil's narrow clavicles etc.), and this is what makes bodybuilding so great.

Not the worlds best arm routine good but the 1st Mr Olympia Larry Scott his arm routine was and still is the best have to use proper equipment.. surprisingly none of today’s bodybuilders use it too difficult!!

Love Regan, but this just has to be said. I don't think he is tough enough to be Mr. O. You never saw Ronnie or Jay or Phil whining after a set at how much the pump hurt. Regan needs to step it up if he wants to be Mr. O. The optics of complaining after a set, it's just not a good look. And I think that speaks volumes. Am I wrong?
