I must imagine that The Legion LOVES this channel. It is honest, respectful and great for recruitment. Both in getting the right people to the Legion and by illustrating the reality of the interpol checks and daily life it is keeping the dreamers and psychos away. Well done indeed Deep Respect from the US

I am a chef de cuisine in US. Kitchens are built upon military structure, this is result of Auguste Escoffier the "king of chefs and chef of kings" who was a soldier and POW in Franco-Prussian wars and brought military structure, rank and specialization to kitchens Anyway...chefs use the term Mise en Place as a much greater concept, even as a mental state if that makes sense. Fyi for readers It, It means "things in place" but more like having your sh*t together and organized. I wonder if Mise en Place is a thing in the Legion or French Military beyond its literal meaning of 'things in place"? I hope question makes sense Merci for amazing channel sir.

I was not told why nor was I given a letter stating whether or not I was aloud back or not as no letter was given out to anyone who did not pass commission. excuse me sir i have my one tooth decay!! could i have a chance for french foriegn legion
@johnregan26523 жыл бұрын
Probably if you remove tooth. Generally speaking through history and now, you can tell a great deal of someone's health by their teeth and feet. If you can't walk (feet) that's a obvious problem and bad teeth usually end in infection that you really can't "tough out" or "suck up", making you a liability Also the FFL is happy to maintain you but don't want to spend Euros and time on your dental issues. Point...get it fixed or pulled and you should be fine. It's about health and infection, not a movies star smile. I'm not in Legion but I believe this to be correct. It's logical.

Unless it was medical, I doubt your commitment to the Legion. Less than 6 months?! The Army isn't hard. It asks for basic requirements and hard as hell to get kicked out. Right place, right time, right uniform and pass APFT. If you wanna join The Legion brother you better dig deep. They will NOT hesitate to kick you out like in the army. There isnt a chapter process. They just have to say you don't got it and bam your left outside the gate. You better be ready to fulfill this 5 year commitment.

Legion accepts everyone unless you commit horrible crimes. Listen, go for it and if they turn you down at least you gave it a shot. Otherwise, you'll just regret not even trying. Look up the foreign legion website where they give basic requirements and other information regarding getting in and what you need.
