The Tas Kebab is a super good traditional Turkish dish with tender, melting meat, it's a real delight. To have a successful dish, you will need quality meat, especially for this kind of meat recipe !!!
Brown the meat and the most importance in this recipe, so respect the way don me I les made.
Here's how to do it:
Brown the meat in a saucepan strongly heat 5 minutes, without mixing just at the beginning.
then mix, and simmer until there is no more broth still over high heat. Once there is no more broth, it is essential to put on a LOW FIRE DURING ALL THE REST OF THE COOKING.
Stir in the onion, and the green chili, cook for a few more minutes. Add the spices, and the tomato paste, mix.
Add 1 glass of water and
mix for 5 minutes, Incorporate the rest of the water, and cook for 1h30 AT LOW FIRE. And There you go!
Have a good meal!!!
🔴Recipe:
-500gr beef rib steak (without nerves)
-oil
-1 sweet green chili
-20 baby onion
-2 tbsp tomato paste
- half teaspoon cumin
-1 tsp sweet pepper flakes
-1 clove of garlic
-1 tbsp flour
-mint
-salt
-pepper
- dry red sweet chili
-in total water use 1.2 liters.
