I left you a long comment on your No Hope video. Just wanna say thank you for your honesty. It's excellent therapy to let the world know how you feel. Your video literally popped up out of no where. But I feel the universe speaks to us when we least expect it. Have a great day/sleep etc..

Ironically, I didn't get recommended the video that's doing well in your algorithm, I got recommended this one. Congratulations on your progress! I haven't watched all of your other video yet, but some food for thought: yeah, the world seems to be getting objectively rougher and weirder than was when either you or I were growing up. Reading primary source accounts from people who've lived in past generations suggest that every human generation feels as we do when they come of age. Nevertheless, in our case it's tough to shake the feeling that we're in for a rough ride. One of the challenges of our modern era is information overload. We're living in the greatest communications revolution since the invention of moveable type and we still don't have a good, studied understanding of what it's doing to our psychology. Information is being disseminated and discarded faster than the brain was ever designed to consume it, and we have a greater, more omnipresent sense of awareness of the scope of just how many challenging situations exist in so many places, simultaneously. Past generations have had the luxury of shutting out the wider world and focusing on their own affairs if they want to, at least by our standard. And that's something I think we-- our generation-- have sort of been called to do. We have the gift of this new sense of global awareness and conscientiousness that's come from digital communication. We have the tools to learn, but as you sort of alluded to in your video: it feels like people don't really care about all the things they claim to care about. Passionate opinions, but disinterest in action. We have to focus less on the wider world, and more on ourselves. What are you building for yourself, today? What are you working toward for yourself, today? How are you improving yourself, today? How are you better today than you were yesterday? Did you use your day to make yourself better, or at least help make someone else better? The actions we choose to take can and should be informed by our opinions and knowledge of the wider world. But anxiety about the wider world often puts us in a state of paralysis. Awareness isn't a substitute for action. Generationally, we have more privilege to choose how we spend the time God has given us than perhaps any other generation before us. We have been called to act-- through our ACTIONS-- and to act constructively. I don't know what prompted me to write this all out-- I needed to hear it, and maybe someone else reading this will too. Thank you for being who you are.

It was really nice to hear someone else say what I've been thinking. It made me feel less alone. I'm so used to feeling like it's just me going through those things and it meant a lot to know that other people are also struggling with the same things and trying to reorient their lives and trying to find meaning and connection in a world that feels so radically different than the one we were told to expect

You should continue making reflective content like that. Us guys are going through your same experience man. The world is getting pale and dark. I’m in the Christian faith as well but it’s hard to getting the motivation to do anything meaningful when us guys future is thin. We have to look forward to besides the rapture for those who are Christians. Thanks for that relatable content man. Only 19 and already feel defeated lol
