Hi eric, ive recently became ur huat kueh follower! 😂 we currently have a 4 bedder ec and looking at selling and buy 1 for own stay at east side. Would u recommend a resale at seaside residences or wait for new launch at either tembusu/bayshore? Possible with budget only abt 2.4mil?

Not sure about their layout/size. I don’t think you can get 2br city fringe, only possible for new OCR
