I agree with Sadghuru. Focusing on ghost phenomena and doing activities like ghost hunting is just a distraction towards spiritual growth similar to focusing on developing siddhis. The phenomena is real, but you will not gain understanding by studying it. You are quite literally “chasing ghosts”.
