Love the built in for tv. Really nice house just need ceiling fans in master and living rooms. Love how you always say hi to your son. Nice looking unique bar seating in island.

Hey Nate and Raiden, I love this home. Would have to have a large pantry, and I'd change out the tub and window for the shower, and replace the shower with a linen closet. Otherwise, it's perfect. Great tour Nate 👍

It’s really nice but the lack of pantry, guest linen closet and small island kinda kills it for me, especially for their price. Now I do love the shape of the island, it’s really cool but it needs to be one level for more room. And for it to be in Texas, what are they thinking with no ceiling fans in some areas? They should know we have those things going 24/7 365 no matter if it’s below 0 out lol. The living room is perfectly sized to our standards 👏🏼👏🏼.

I hate the island, cabinets are too dark & I hate the carpet. However, love the storage, layout is great & rooms are nice size. Biggest plus, no wire shelving, yea.

This was a fairly nice home just a little pricier than we expected. Nate, you missed opening the linen closet at the end of the hallway between the bedrooms. It’s not a game changer for us but it would be nice to see how it is set up and the type and amount of shelving they installed. I also don’t recall seeing where the attic access was.
