Akshan is, indeed, really fun to play but will stay as a troll pick in low elo lobby. But honestly, his passiv on "W" is one of the strongest in the entire game. Be able to revive many mates can change the outcome of a game. Cool trick to really get good at Akshan, is to combine is R with his E at the same time to change the angle and avoid them to hide behind structures or others ppl.

Can you please show all of the non-rank 1 supports of the world how to dominate with Quinn support? Her base damage is high, she can blind one of the targets to take them out of the fight for a while, she trades like a champ, and her ability to weave in and out of fights pretty much guarantees the opponents have to split their damage. Plus her ult allows her to be anywhere at any time.

You can also go glacial augment/aftershock if your adc can bring their own damage to provide bonus utility/tankiness for early trades. Otherwise fleet for trade heavy lanes and electrocute/hail of blades/press the attack for all-in lanes.
