THIS is the African home we have all been looking for! The greenery, the lush plants! I can imagine myself having breakfast in the morning or eating dinner in the cool African evenings out in that beautiful garden patio .All the houses in Africa I have seen so far are concrete boxes with every stalk of greenery removed and tiled over . This house is beautiful . It does look like a episode of Grand Designs!

Dela well done. I like the way you considerably open doors without violently letting them go to bang against walls, like some of the other Real Estate Agents and other KZbinrs. First Class.

Wow, I was beginning to think it’s all about the car spaces than green spaces. I love the house as it looks and feels like a home without the burglar bars.
@Icanfly703 жыл бұрын
That's exactly what I have said. With this being such a young society with children everywhere it seems it's more important to have a place to park your car than green space within the home so children have a place to play. I don't get it🤔

Thank you so much for sharing this information. I'm originally from the US now living in Ghana. I plan to buy a home soon in the Accra area and just didn't want the traditional concrete built home and was told timber homes were not possible. I love the feel of this home. I love that I've I've seen the possibilities of having options in materials. Even the metal on the doors and windows makes it feel more inviting, not prison like. Thank you!!

That home is sooo beautiful! Sorry to be negative, but I would be so afraid to build a home anywhere that gorgeous, out of wood. I live in hot, humid Florida, US. Here in Florida the termites would have a field day on a home built of wood.

The house is beautiful but there's better building material than timber and blocks. Which are more energy efficient, stronger and can be built faster! Love ❤️ the video. You are great!👌🏾✌🏿✊🏿✊🏿👏🏾👏🏾

As a developer , I love to pay attention to details and user experience and I can clearly see that through this building . Take the open plan bathroom for example. The glass partitions was perfect and what even makes it interesting is the frosted glass for the toilet . Imagine your partner staring at you while you “doing your thing” in there with clear glass . 7 out of 10 won’t be comfortable with that . But it’s very normal to watch your partner take a shower . I like that *DJ Khalid* .

I admit its very beautiful but i dont think its right to judge the fate of the house already. I dont think its been standing for a few decades to know how the materials will react to the climate. And energy efficient i doubt, high ceiling means more power to cool plus i doubt there is heavy isolation outside the walls to keep the temperature steady. Anyway architecture is very very very nice. Love it.
@JohnJohn-xs5ru2 жыл бұрын
Not true, have you heard of stack effect, and stack ventilation. The floor plan is long and narrow thus efficient for natural ventilation.
