This place is absolutely gorgeous! The one thing that I have noticed about other properties in Ghana, even if they are brand new, is that the builders do not hire interior designers from the very beginning to actually plan the flow of the space and select the finishes like wood, tile, stone. Its always a hodge podge of finishes (usually too much tile) when they give tours of their properties and it isn’t very attractive. I would suggest that builders work with Ghanaian interior designers at the onset of their projects so that the appropriate finishes are injected into the space. Looking at this loft, the materials are available and everything is Ghanaian craftsmanship. Finishes dont have to be expensive, just well thought out.
