We stopped at the market by Adomi bridge and my aunt was making purchases. The ladies gave me abolo and the little fish for free to try because they knew i was a foreigner. I was hesitant at first but found it quite good. I purchased a few to take home. The fish would take some getting used to as it had a distinct salty taste lol

Africans are blessed 🙌 with different types of food. Any country in africa has different types of food that you can't like all or eat all. But it's very important to a particular group of people. Kudos to all the responsible, strong african women in this forum.

Great video Jasmine!😉as always I've learnt since living here that"One man thousand" is actually "One mouth thousand" because it's like having one thousand fishes in one mouth.A bit of controversy there since everyone says "One man thousand "😁 I traveled to Volta before learning that one I love aboloo there's no short supply here in Koforidua 🇹🇹🇬🇭
