Jasmine you definitely need a small pressure cooker especially in the African countries because most of they're meal surround allot of cow foot, goat meat and other meat mix together so it much quicker and save gas.

I love hearing you joke with each other, about different things!😂 I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, of California, USA. Because we often don’t have much rain, we have droughts. I was stressed out, with how much water you used, throughout the whole process. 😬 This year, we finally got a lot of rain, and rainstorms, so we don’t have to ration water, yet. Anyway, one of my sons LOVES Palm Stew! He gets it often, from a local Liberian restaurant. I’m going to show him how much work is involved in creating this dish! Thanks for posting the video! Also, I learned to peel ginger, by scraping it with a spoon. Sometimes that works faster, because you don’t have to worry about accidentally cutting yourself.

Yes I also use the blended egg shells and also banana peals as nutrients for my plants. You can either soak the bana peals in water overtime and use it to water the plants or blend it and use it to water the plant.

So interesting that you said that about cabbage fufu. I’ve pretty much had to go carnivore and completely remove the carbohydrates but your food looks so good. 😭Animal products seem to be the only thing that doesn’t upset my gut and help me loose weight and relieve all the inflammation in my joints and entire body really.

Use a teaspoon to clean ginger, it can clean all the nooks and crannies of the ginger and will not cut as a knife would .

Wow, I so love it when you do these kind of "domestic" videos. The market you showed could have been Makola in the 80ies when I was living in Accra. And it's pure masochism for me watching you preparing Ghanaian food. I would give everything for a simple Fufu (yes, the capital F is on purpose!) and groundnut stew or just some Banku... It's great to see Aisha again too!
