100% agree with you I am now the last person in my familia still playing (still trying to cycle out old members for new but everyone stops after a couple weeks) and even now i am also giving up on doing certain things like united battle, its just so un-fun. the lag, being constantly knocked down, needing to have the newest unit fully awakened to do anything. I just really wish we never lost danmachi memoria freese that game was SO MUCH BETTER it was quick, it was fun, and it had all those great stories which were fun to reread whenever they reappeared as a rerun event. But man the thing that i think hurt me the most was how pay to PLAY this game has been getting, i used to buy the subscription packs and battle bass every month and now ive gone the last couple without spending because of how pay to win(play) its gotten. I have been ABSOLUTELY LOVING Snowbreak containment zone. PERFECT gacha game. you logging in every day and doing the bare minimum (takes 2min to clear all dailies and even some weeklys) you are guarnteed to pity every new unit that comes out. and same with their special weapon there are two variants and the basic one you can easily get and all dupes. tons of gamemodes even ripoffs like fall guys, buck shot roulette, helldivers, a whole ass pokemon mode etc. So like you were saying playing games that is actually FUN as opposed to playing a piece of fandom media that we enjoy but not the game (danmachi ip vs danchro). That game is a little nsfw. but man there is so much that game has done right. all event and story content (which is actually good story) they give you max trial units for, you can really just play that entire game and all events without needing any units at all. The game is funded by skins and they are one of the top profitable games out. The game is THE MOST NON STRESSFUL GACHA GAME IVE EVER PLAYED, it really is just a play and have fun kind of game its so hard to describe but i just have fun playing, like the events are insane, just making entirely new gamemodes and i wanna strees new gamemodes doenst mean the same gameplay, again these are literally different games being incorporated into the game engine. Edit: oh yea and you can download this game off of steam too, not just mobile or their own launcher, literally just regular steam. and controllers and bluetooth keyboards for your mobile device also work perfectly if you wanted to do that. I've bitched about a lot of the bad things danchro have done in your past videos and i could type an essay on everything wrong with this game but im drained of giving this game any of my attention or effort, it wont improve. hell the devs basically just turned off all english on their offical discord. Keep making videos i watch your videos becaues i like you as a content creator and what you have to say, ill continue to watch even if i dont comment on every video. (psst you should check out snowbreak ;) there arent a lot of good english content creators on it and they have alot of english global users)

You do you. I mainly watch this channel for DanChro content (I’m not interested in other Gacha games, I just don’t like them on principle for all the microtransactions/gambling they push). I also avoid the DanMachi episode reviews video and such because it’s very spoiler-filled for me as someone that doesn’t have access to watch the new episodes right now. I suppose I probably won’t be watching this channel going forward, simply because it won’t be featuring content I want, but I wouldn’t expect anyone to put so much time into something they don’t have any enthusiasm for. I wish DanChro wasn’t such a flawed game run by a money-grubbing studio, but it seems to be the best we DanMachi fans get for now…

A huge weakness of Danmachi games is that they generally just repeat the story available in the anime, novels/manga. In order gatcha games, the story content is one of the draws. Danmemo at least had some serious original stories during the anniversary.

This purple event has frustrated me to no end. I joined after Artemis came up so I never got her so I’m trying to get through abyssal with bête, Finn, Aisha and sr mikoto. I refuse to spend on a 1 year old limited and have been saving selas for an actual release but I gotta say I’m close to stopping the game myself

In addition I still maintain a gotcha game should either have unique characters that are hard to get or you make it easy to get the characters then upgrade them with dupes. Battle chronicles makes it expensive and hard to get even the base character, let alone upgrading them where you are spending upwards of $200 just to get the base UR. That isn’t a recipe for success

You do not need to feel like you have to cover the game, I am looking forward to what the Danmachi series will have in store. Enjoy what you want to do with other series too! This game is fine, but it is a game that is honestly kind of straightforward. If people are into it, they know what units they want to focus on. If someone is just casual, they will go try to get the characters they like.

Very understandable. Danchro has the worst combination of gameplay + gatcha + story I have ever encountered in the ~5-6 gatcha games that I have played. I have started Girls Frontline 2 and I am definitely enjoying it a lot more than Danchro. It is also not built in a way where I feel that I am losing on vital dupes unless I do the endgame.

i understand you bro and how you feel, im dissapointed somehow , i like danmachi contents anime manga novel and game i was danmemo enjoyer and like that game it was good and at least have great stories but new game as you said after 1 year have not changed much , i hope it improve during the time but it getting worst , i wish they will change a bit and be better
