Legs baked in the oven with potatoes
Shanks are great because they can be prepared in many ways. Today I want to surprise you a little. We will bake the drumsticks in the oven behind the potatoes, but not just like that. We will put the potatoes on a baking sheet, and hang the drumsticks on the grill. The liquid from the meat will drip onto the potatoes and make them even tastier. Watch, wonder and cook!

Ingredient for cooking drumsticks in the oven
7 shanks TM "Nasha Ryaba"
800 g of potatoes
20 g of butter
1 head of garlic
5 sprigs of rosemary or thyme
salt and pepper to taste
A step-by-step recipe for cooking chicken legs and baked potatoes in the oven
Prepare all the ingredients for preparing juicy drumsticks baked with potatoes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, remove the grill in advance so that it does not have time to heat up.
Thoroughly wash 800 g of potatoes and cut them into four parts.
Place the potato slices in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. Covered with parchment, salt and pepper to taste, mix. Crush the cloves from 1 head of garlic and add to the mold along with 5 sprigs of rosemary or thyme. Cut 20 g of butter into slices and spread on top.
Place 7 drumsticks in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, mix. Place the drumsticks in the oven rack. If you have a rack with large holes, secure the drumsticks with wooden skewers or wire to prevent them from falling out during cooking.
Set the rack on the middle level of the preheated oven, and place the mold or baking sheet with the potatoes on the bottom so that the juices from the chicken legs run down onto the vegetables. Bake for 40 minutes.
