I love that technique with the dual forms but, I like to add a base of the color I am going to use in the forms, before I use the forms. Just my preference :)

Could you also show us how to use the little silicone inserts for a French with those dual forms? I have a similar kit and I'm struggling with how to make those little silicone patches work. In the past I’ve never tried cos of all that filing. The less filing, the better lol. This looks way easier than the other ways I’ve seen it demonstrated lol.
