The mistake was giving your opponent the rook fork when you still had so many pawns left.
@biogooАй бұрын
Yes, gameplay was full of mistakes, the "no capture lose all" meta plays out very differently against a 100 rated than what was shown.

Simp: "I would like to gift you some elo on a silver plate." Opponent: *blunders Queen and King in the same move.*
@idonnow2Ай бұрын
tbh the opponent could afford to take the rook since, yknow, they still had the entirety of their pieces and pawns left
@wombat4191Ай бұрын
Yeah, relative value of pieces matters as well. Opponent's queen was 9 out of his total 59 points of material, Simp's Rook was 5 out of his total 7 points of material. That rook was way more valuable to Simp than the queen was to the opponent.
@oliverkolossoski1434Ай бұрын
I think the opponent realized he was doing a lose all pieces challenge and placed his bishop there on the previous turn just so the king couldn't move up.

I think Simp should have secured all the pawns being captured first before letting the rooks die. I knew the promoted queen will do some crazy stuff in the back rank.

@TheAlguienАй бұрын
He even called it early into the game. Paraphrasing, "I need to keep my rooks to protect my king until all the pawns die".

You could basically turn this into a competition, where the winner is the one who manages to lose against a 100 rated with the least amount of material.
@Zaros262Ай бұрын
Winning with the biggest material imbalance (in favor of the beginner) would also be interesting

A little feedback about the outro - I've noticed many people didn't like the new one you tried recently, because it was too big of a change, it was in a completely different genre. For me personally, while it is true both the dancing girl and the song duo are iconic, I think if the song was kept and only the video changed, it would be more likely to be "accepted" by the viewers.
