Technically there might not have been any other Queen blunders after the first one. Maybe after Simp's first failure to capture the queen, the opponent realized Simp's doing a challenge that prevents him from taking the Queen, and understood his Queen would be safe even when attacked. And it would have been safe until the 5th blunder, but there would never be a 5th blunder as no move is a blunder if he understands that the Queen is immortal. Based on the possibility of the opponent having brain cells, I declare this challenge impossible and Simp free from his shame of blundering his own challenge.

You know what, I'll give this one to you. He gave you two checks with his bishop, and he sacrificed his bishop to move his queen because he saw that moving his bishop would lose his queen, hence why he moved his queen after. Each check with the bishop can therefore be considered half a blunder of a queen (because the first one blunders two pieces at once, the second is a desperado) and therefore you got five queen blunders in total.

I think the computer wanted 16. Ng2 with the idea to support an f4 advance, prying open the f file for your rooks and allowing the g2 knight to be in position to recapture in case of exf4 and then trade your knight for his second bishop by having it come with tempo against the queen on g6.

Sad ending, but regardless: 23.exf5 looks like a perfect way to induce the 5th blunder! Black is quite likely to play 23...Qxh1+ 24.Kd2 Rd8+, blundering the queen because of 25.Nd3+ Kf8 26.Rxh1. And even if 24...Qd5+ 25.Kc1, it's still easy to run into discovered checks!
