This is literally right on time. This has been my biggest adjustment and lesson. I love my family but I also love what I do. I’m so glad I enrolled while I was pregnant and created the foundation that allowed me to have the peaceful pregnancy, birth and post partum experience I enjoyed. Ufff you already passed the 1 year mark!! For me the first year with my little one was the hardest one! It was during COVID so we were completely isolated and without any help. I see you and I hear you, I really battled with sharing this because I don't want it to seem like this is the norm but I also think it's important to share that I absolutely do have childcare and support, because if I gatekeep that info it contibutes the toxic narrative that women should do it all, all the time. I work with a lot of mamas, and I've seen such incredible success stories and yes, the progress needs to go at a different pace when you have kiddos but you're still making progress - you've got this!
