The connector just had to be cleaned, not replaced. Broken waterproof seals without replacing them, unnecessary scratching of the phone by handling, removing tempered glass and camera covers without asking or replacing it.. Boy this one was painful to watch…

I have forty four (44) IP14PM cases and counting. I don’t know about y’all, but I clean and change my phone case WEEKLY. And sometimes, if it needs to be changed only two days after a previous change, I do it. I wash my cases with a drip of Dawn and rub until soap is gone, if the phone is waterproof, why not rinse it in water and get the abrasive stuff off first and then use the cleaner 💁🏻‍♀️
