Hey Payton great vid! Random Question - if I have multiple domains/specific domains that re direct back to one main site is that still an effective SEO strategy? This was interesting. You said most of your work in 2019 was done using templates. How did you and your clients choose those templates? Would you have a strategy call, get a feel for their needs and design tastes, and then pick a couple of templates, send them links to the templates, and ask them to pick one? On your Pest Control homepage, I would have the exterminator facing the camera instead of 'walking away.' It sends a different subliminal message ('we're turning away from you, we're leaving you' rather than 'we're here for you, we are happy to see you'). Use psychology to your advantage. Faces are more powerful and engaging than turned backs.

You have to know that what you added to their business, the the template, could make them $20k that they wouldn’t have without your “template”. Would you trade $5k for $20k?

Yeah, I used to find it unbelievable that in the website game a $500 website and a $10,000 website may as well be relatively similar in quality. What is more important is understanding the person you are working with, they will easily make essentially a car payment if they know it will really improve their brand.
