You Won't Believe it, MORE squash!

These Illinois squash are just not storing so well. The sure do make a great pumpkin recipes (more to come on that....)
Pressure canning this squash is becoming less stressful with each batch too!

Ah, a fellow Delawarean! Thanks so much for your comment! I make pumpkin muffins weekly for the kiddos. I’ve also done pumpkin waffles & pumpkin butter. Next up squash soup!
