I don't think he needs to seek permission.. the contract was done and ineffective. merely a piece of paper now. Although, I'm pretty sure current players can share theirs as well. It's just would they be willing to expose their current earnings is the dilemma. I'm sure that's why Foster didn't want to speak on his recent Watford contract, even though it's done. Give it a few years maybe he'll talk about it too

Pretty much yeah. It is no different in principle to a salesman on commission, just much higher numbers. You are paid for your availability and then you are paid for each ob you do as well.

It is basic economics, if everyone can afford a good the goods price will increase until supply meets demand. The distribution of wealth isn’t great but you do actually need mega wealthy individuals/groups to create an industry that supply them with overpriced, overvalued goods so that it creates X jobs for thousands of people.
