Say what you want but the product is highly perishable (the wind at high speeds helps keep it fresh during transit before it gets to the warehouse where its packaged with more specialized equipment for export). It fetches my people good money per kilo, More than any agribusiness products out here, i dare say. Also numbers don't lie this guys are professionals you'll be surprised the accident toll is insignificant compared to that of PSV vehicles and regular motorists, look it up, mark you this every single day all year round.
