I went with the Stage 2 (Power) engine upgrade on my baby...and when I tell you I absolutely LOVE IT! The throttle response, the sound of my pipes now...OOWEE!!! You can definitely feel the difference!

Nice, you went with the Stage 2 Torque Cam for the low to mid-range passing power. An excellent choice for your described riding style. No, you do not need a full exhaust with the Stage 2. If you were doing the Stage 3 or 4 especially the 4 then yes, it would optimize your power, but with your Stage 2 Torque Cam setup your slip-on's are absolutely fine especially since you had it Dyno tuned.

I was so happy when I went to Stage 2, it totally woke up my RGS. I went with a cyclerama torque cam, cobra pro chamber head pipe, cobra neighbor haters, an arlen ness big sucker and a thundermax tuner. It was damn nice to get into 100hp and really get that Harley sound

Loud pipes save lives - REV IT! Drivers just don't notice MCs - the more you can make yourself visible and loud, the better! Stage II rocks! I did a stage II on my 114 ultra - made a huge difference on a big bike!

I just had the dealer install my stage 2 (with H-D street tuner) on my 2020 Heritage 107. I installed V&H Twin Slash pipes and S&S Stealth filter myself. The bike still doesn’t have the miles for the dyno tune yet, so hot here still in coastal Florida! The girl pulls harder from start and seems much smoother. It sounds much better too, a more lopey rumble, although I admit it was only a two mile ride to the dealer for the Stage 2 after I installed the pipes and I didn’t pay much attention to the sound for those few minutes of riding . I’m really happy I have her at Stage 2 now. She just feels better to ride! I likely won’t upgrade any further since I didn’t buy a Harley for sheer power anyway. Great video, Thank you!

Words of wisdom from a 70 yr. old: when at a stoplight behind a car never stop close behind or in the center...always leave yourself a "Way out"....I was hit from behind once when 16 or 17...this caused me to always keep eyes on my mirrors and place myself to the left or right behind a cage (car).

My 19 RGS is in shop now getting the Stage 2 (Torque), can't wait to pick it up Saturday, out of all the 4 Stages, this is the most significant stage to have applied. I have no plans to add Stage 3 or 4, if I ever felt that need, I'd just go ahead & get the 131 & quit playing. Stay safe!

Hi.. just started following your videos, and I enjoy watching them, you have great energy.. I have a 2014 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. I initially did a Stage 1 (Vance & Hines True Duals from the header w/4.5 V&H mufflers with an Arlen Ness 10g Inverted Big Breather + Tune) Then I went to Stage 2 (SE-585 Torque Cams) that was an excellent increase in throttle response off the line and throughout all the gears. 4th gear really launched something vicious. I eventually skipped Stage 3 and went straight to a 110 Tire Shredder Kit and that has been amazing from the day I got it back.. Major increase in Torque and HP at lower RPM and all the through up to 5500rpm If you haven’t already done the work, and you want instant response when you want it even more than the Stage 2, I’d say to save your money on labor by skipping 3 and go all in with Stage 4 you won’t regret it.. You can still ride in chill mode but when you wanna get after it right quick or need to launch onto a interstate and or pass a semi you can go into hyperspace for a few seconds 😅 you have that option.. However Stage 2 is a phenomenal upgrade, I was super happy like you when I got the 585 Cams.. I wanted MORE AND MORE throttle response 😅 definitely get true dual exhaust tho, you’re gonna feel and hear the difference especially next to a bike with slip ons.. What Cams did you choose for your stage 2?

Stage 3 will bring you to the 117ci plus some. stage 4 is for those who like to be in the higher RPM range. Look on the Harley site, they just came out with a new 119ci stage 3 with the new headers, etc check it out.

Just installed my stage 2 kit with the S&S 475 cam, it's definitely like riding a new bike. To ask if it's worth it is a no brainer. Runs and sounds amazing. If you want the exhaust to sound better, get rid of the catlytic converter. I found a stock M8 header with the cat removed for 120 on ebay, night and day difference, all my friends want their bike to sound like mine now lol.

You are amazing and totally inspiring. I ride a small displacement naked bike very flickable. Avoiding situations is quick but on the bigger bikes you need the extra power to manoeuvre the weight and restrictions of bikes that size. Boom you got the extra power for safety ! You need to start riding around with your high beams on & add additional red lights to the rear of your bike. I had everyone do it in my club and it makes a huge difference.

That's why I like working 3rd shift. Traffic's not as bad at night. I can do something similar to my Vulcan to a stage 2 or higher. I'm holding off as it has a factory warranty now. Don't know if the dealership will do it like at HD, everything I've seen is aftermarket.

You got a perfect good exhaust what you got what I have on mine but if you want it a little louder look at the two and a quarter to three inch double barrels they would look awesome on your bike if you want a little louder and don't want it right there near your ear that's what I would do

Your Slip-Ons are really good & if you want to stick with them dual exhaust, all you need to do is just get a x-pipe & many companies make them. I have a D&D exhaust x-cat, to me they are the best. I like a two muffler exhaust, because it’s old school & I like the look. Price is around $750 if you go with black. I have chrome & it was $649

St Louis drivers ALWAYS do that. I used to find that so annoying when I lived there. I call it the St Louis courtesy turn. Drivers would stop for no apparent reason and let people turn in front of them. Turning drivers would expect to be able to turn in front of people like that and would sometimes get mad if you didn’t let them.

Hey Queen. I’ve seen on Matt Laidlaw’s channel that in some cases that if you add a full exhaust that the a Milwaukee 8 doesn’t react well to the full exhaust system and may lose torque. You might want to talk to your mechanic before you go that route.
