I have the purple 77 but I do kinda like the soft tube 76 from Komplete plus that has some added harmonics where the 77 is clean. I really really liked the promo videos for this plug-in , fantastic videos but it seemed to want to do a little too much.

Pulsar Audio rules. ALL about the lookahead for ultimate clamping down. Try using that nice helpful modern display for checking your level matching? ;)

Push too much audio into any Pulsar Audio plugins they start to crackle and disintegrate into hard clipping and not in a good way, nice and shiny to look at but the code isn't the best.

How about a review of some of the elysia plugins? I know Dan loves those no-sound-making, pesky varmint compressors... they do eq's too, and a saturator, cuz can never have enough of those.

Purple audio forever too, this one is good but i don't like the gui, it looks to toyish but for clean 1176 it's a blast.

I will say this the purple 1176 is one of my favorite 76 style comps right under the uad stuff. Than after that would be the overloud gem stuff
