One thing I feel that it is lacking in this game is the name of the bones, it could show the name of the bone when you select it to assemble the skeleton.

Drae, it looks like you can choose your vehicle when you select your destination on the map. It showed Grandpa's truck when you went to the site this time. Maybe you can choose the Russian Ural truck. Just an idea. Thanks for the video. This game is great.

So I'd bet with this much detail the different stuff in the display may directly lead to the score you receive base on how closely accurate the the plant life is base on when the Dino that is on display was alive. Food for thought

Ahh dromaeosaurus that one is great but a little larger than the in game one so it might be an adolescent ( granted we don’t know how large the human is it could be Richard Hammond ) but the skeleton does look pretty accurate

I got the game to and the fossil cleaning process is a living hell. So I recommend getting the top employe upgrade so they get automatically cleaned!

Really look neat. Only thing i don't like so much is that it seems you always find all of one dinosaur at one site. Which make sense i suppose? But the only other game i know where you could extract fosiles was animal crossing, and i really loved that you had to hunt for every part. The satisfaction when you finally completed a dinosaur was incredible.

I wish there were fossil detectors or that metal detectors can tell the difference between rock and bone

Fossils actually usually are just stone, not bone. The actual bone gets broken down or eroded away over a few thousand years, as the remaining cavity is filled in with minerals. There are instances where the bones do manage to survive intact due to inhospitable conditions but those are usually in caves or tarpits, while the bones we're seeing get excavated here are found trapped in stone and buried in dirt. To further ruin things, the fossils you see on display are usually actually plaster casts of the bones. The actual fossils tend to be fragile and may crumble if/when they try to insert the wire to actually assemble the skeleton.
