Qantas is just not a good airline. And in the overseas market it's even worse when it gets compared to the ME3, Singapore , ANA etc. The rudeness and inattentiveness of their cabin staff is legendary.

The only disappointment is that Qantas doesn't fly internationally to all capital! For Instance, flying to Adelaide, South Australia you need to fly Singapore, Malaysia or Qatar?? Not on Qantas. Meanwhile, inflight service is not a good experience for all passengers. There should be a chance for someone else, not only Joyce respectfully.

The Qantas brand is trash now. The company will survive but only because a lot of people have no choice and have to fly Qantas or Jetstar.

How is "Ghost flights " ( booked flights whatbwere cancelled) the fault of Boeing/Airbus. Allan Joyce was simply using the unsuspecting public who bought tickets money, as an intrest free , line of credit !
