Agreed. Not much to tweak. Depending on your budget: You could convert one of the bedrooms into a home office, theatre/wo(man) cave etc, add evaporative (noiseless) air coolers throughout - for people with sinuses, a play area for the kids, hydronic underfloor heating and make the place more off grid eg backup water and electricity. The place is already pretty much perfect 👌🏽 The next owner will be lucky to live here. ❤❤❤

Hi there. I'd just like to give my opinion on something. You constantly show homes in estates which for a home lover myself I find to be very boring. There are gems around Johannesburg in areas like Constantia Kloof, Krugersdorp and so on that yes, cost way less, but have way more character than these cookie cutter estate homes with nothing special about them. Take it as constructive criticism❤

I know there’s quite a demand for estate-type living, so I tend to focus more on those as that’s what my audience wants. I do agree with you as I personally would love to do more free-standing homes tours.
