You nailed it. Filipinos do not really abide with the concept of western dating. Courship is still the #1 thing they practice. The thing is, there is no Divorce in the Philippines so if a woman is quite vulgar about sex it will send a bad impression to her potential future-husband. In the provinces dating is highly scrutinized to the point that if you are dating for 1 or 2 years both the parents will force the couple to marry. However nowadays this is no longer being widely practice but the stigma is still there.

Many Filippinas are like her, the problem is they are cheap and easy to get definitely for people from rich countries, I prefer a bit more challenge, however they are loyal in relationship. Yeah. I think I'd do the same. There is just something honestly refreshing and comfortably fun about these women. They seem so very likable, loveable. Don't get me wrong, I've been with my present wife 26 years and we're both happy. But, dating before we found each other sucked for both of us. Wow, not true at all. I almost married a filipina. It didn't work out, but she was very pretty (a TV reporter, no less). Her friends were pretty, also. I later married a Korean and she married and has a nice family in Australia. He looks like a decent guy, too. I was also friends with two filipina sisters who were dating Americans and later got married. One divorced and remarried after having two kids. The other sister was still married with a daughter, last I knew. All of these ladies were attractive.

As pretty as some of the ladies are, they could be 100 and I wouldn't care at all. Ok, a bit superficial but I'm leaning towards 30+ anyway (I'm 47). Of course, it's not necessarily my preference, but for a serious relationship, maybe even marriage, I think it's better if the age difference isn't too big. That doesn't mean that relationships that are 20 or 30 years apart can't work out, but older women often have the "advantage" of knowing what they want, being realistic, and having life experience. Young women are often volatile and see you as a wandering ATM. But clearly there are always exceptions. I also know a few couples where it works quite well with a 25-30 year age difference, but most of the people I know who prefer very young, yet adult women also have stress, drama, bitch terror and one girlfriend after another every few weeks. I'm sure it's okay for many people, but I would like a little more consistency. From January 9th I will be back in the Philippines, this time in Davao for 1-2 months. I first have to travel a bit and explore the country before I can say whether I could imagine living there or starting a relationship.
