Mainly because USA is land of immigrants. Seeing a foreigner in some part of the city in India is not that common. Seeing a foreigner here, you can’t even tell if he/she is foreigner or he/she just live here as after all this is the land of immigrants 🙂. When I came here as a student, I got help from multiple locals. There are always few whom you will find pretty hospitable 👍
