I think it would be better for her not to encourage him to fantasise about chocolate cake though because he clearly needs discouraging from junk food. For his own good. She ought to have stepped in before allowing him to get to that weight in my opinion because, his well-being and health depends on correct management. And sometimes the loving thing is to not allow him to eat things that will be bad for his weight.

Harvey is more intelligent than I realised and so very sweet. This was a joy to watch. Their banter is wonderful to hear, see.
