This is one of the best videos you've done in terms of describing controlling personality.

Thank you for this one- really is amazing how we can keep doing the things we fear we can handle it. Still working on recovery… thank you, Rob. Thank you for helping us in this community ❤

Damn. The love of my life passed suddenly at the gym from a heart attack! For Fox sake, ocd continued pounding away in the background. Brutal

Laughed on the part you speaking of life stuff piling up. As I literally had a knee injury and right at that time started losing a girlfriend, could barely walk and also had some additional ocd triggers on top of that. Def reassurance won't work. Still on a path to a robust recovery. Its extremely powerful to know you will be ok even if stuff happens. That's the freedom.

Is it alright if you guys can do a video on ocd sufferers wanting to be diagnosed with ocd and why it is a bad idea snd plan

Will cover that!

It’s not a bad idea but most people haven’t been diagnosed as it’s usually very easy to work out if it you have it or not.
