Samana i think only builds low level quality Buildings.. unfortunately.. it's not One of the best ones...🤷🤷🤷🤷.. theres One trilion new developers every day Building something 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦🤦🤦🤦.. I dont even know if the Demand is superior of the Supply Honestly.. especially in That concrete Jungle called JVC...so... Supply in JVC is a problem if you invest in a poorer quality project... However, JVC has great returns if you invest in the right project / developer, i recently helped a client purchase a property in JVC that will get 8%+ returns and is likely to see future capital appreciation :)
