Samana i think only builds low level quality Buildings.. unfortunately.. it's not One of the best ones...🤷🤷🤷🤷.. theres One trilion new developers every day Building something 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦🤦🤦🤦.. I dont even know if the Demand is superior of the Supply Honestly.. especially in That concrete Jungle called JVC...so... Samana Just one of the trillion developers in Town.. but certainly NOT One of the best ones 🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷

Supply in JVC is a problem if you invest in a poorer quality project... However, JVC has great returns if you invest in the right project / developer, i recently helped a client purchase a property in JVC that will get 8%+ returns and is likely to see future capital appreciation :)
