it looks nice. for that price i would have roof access and put in a better fence. im comparing to nyc single family brown stones, however, i dont know the regulation on jerseys brownstone. the looked like they used up all the air rights so the new owner may not be able to have roof access.

@@LivingInJerseyCityNJ well living in nyc i prefer brownstones instead of condos. if im going to pay taxes i dont want a board or anyone else telling me how to live. so because of the trifecta im amusing myself by looking at jerseys realestate. i need to read up on the laws, however. im not an agent just an investor.

Wow that's amazing! Is that the reason why you ended up buying a brownstone in Bedstuy as well? It's interesting to see that because we have a lot of developers here in NJ who are constantly looking for lots in the NY/NJ area so they could build projects like these. It's oustanding to see projects like these built especially when there is attention to detail.
