Very good video! It helped me understand the basic process related to these immunotherapies. I have a question though: If for example a certain cancer is tested and is PD-L1 positive and PD-L1 inhibitors are taken, in order to allow the immune system to attack the cancer cells, what is the process that protects the normal cell which still could have the DP-L1 receptors from being attacked from the immune system too? Ie how to avoid auto-immune response in these cases (it seems to me it's relevant for the other immunotherapies too)

Does immunotherapy works when pdl1 is zero percent
