Some footage - roughly first six minutes of the clip - with artillery ammunition manufacture was actually filmed in some Serbian artillery ammo plant. Yugoimport SDPR/Krušik I think - the part with Cyrillic/English captions - Cyrillic part is in Serbian, also the machinery has Serbian labels in Roman script - it has two alphabets. The fully robotized 9x19mm ammo manufacture part is footage/documentary from some Turkish factory - Turkish flags and labels in Turkish. Missile production part was definitely filmed at some Russian factory - both are far cooler than Serbian one, though.

USA own more ammunition than Russia by far, and just USA not considering whole NATO. When you start shooting SPG with 9V batteries, cannibalized BMP2 turret, put Naval gun on a MTLB and shoot grad out of homemade steelpipe i think your country is in a bad spot. Even during the soviet time, Russia smuggled in through a smuggler how north Korea do, handed over Toshiba made milling machine that used silent propellors for submaries. US fined Toshiba 300m? million dollars for that incidents and ban export machines to the USA for some years. Look at heading said that production facility in the USA.
