I sure wish someone would post the process for repairing broken door handle on a REAR door, because it apparently is very different. That little access hole is ONLY on front doors of 2016+ Kia models. So..... I suppose the whole dang door panel has to come off to repair a simple cheap broken plastic piece on the back doors? Anyone know of a video showing how to repair 2016+ REAR door handles?

Someone vandalized my handle, the cover on the right side is missing and the inside round metal piece fell off. If everything is replaced will there be any issues using the remote key fob or will the Kia dealer need to get involved? Edit: I took it to a car repair shop and they did a great job. Key fob works as usual and all parts replaced work well. Car and door handle looks brand new after they provided a car detail. 👍👍
