Per another viewer who Played Youga CL to SS20 last league as soon as you can get +skill start swapping any jumps over 8 to spell / lightning skill balance out int and mana stack with fcr to lean into playsafe for SB charge speed (especially with the new system you can get +2 max burst for the total of 7 iirc)

the build used warlock instead of arcanist especially since arcanist got nerfed and warlock remained unchanged

Arcanist over warlock is early game abuse of Frostbitten for the freezing resets, you clear faster with it but slightly lower single target.

Just because recording mainly. You will have better weapons than what I had there and you will be oneshotting rares.

Last season Surging helmet bumped dps to 2B with all T2 mods including weapons, if somebody gets lucky with Glacial Abyss Watcher, can either improve dps (2B is not huge difference for 8.0 and 8.1) and just wait couple of weeks and sell Surging Inspiration for over 1k (in first days it will be worth 300fe)

Why does the build stack cast speed so much? does it work with the cooldown you need for illusion cast frequency?

Chain lightning was nerfed like 10% today and the weapon mods got nerfed, Surging inspiration lost a ton of damage as well today.

It's not cheap, but you can play it after you get the activation medium burst and such.

Same question (its gonna be my second league ever), how does CL compare to MC-youga2 ? I played MC on frozen canvas and reached T8 but had trouble moving past that.

@@ZetaV MC will be stronger early/mid, but can't compete with CL at high investment. so you can start MC and farm for a week before rerolling or start CL and farm for a week then be strong.

is your shadow shot carino from last season basically dead? not knowing enough about the game, all i see in patch notes is nerf to + erosion skills on wands, and an erosion support. i tried chain lightning, but your carino took me to profound easily

I'd love to play TLI but I get "too many attempts, try again later" on my first login of the day. The game also says I'm running a third party program and warns me I could be banned for cheating.

Yea if you have any AHk scripts from PoE running like trademacro you have to close them before you play TLI. Just click resend it's a desync server error message when you see the other one.

Isn't that mind focus change a pretty big nerf? Before you got 8x 0,5% mana as extra cold, which is a total of 4% AND other stuff that scaled with focus blessings also got a huge buff from having more focus blessings. Now it's 4x 0,8% which is 3,2% mana as extra cold

No, before you get at most 8 * 0.5. Now you can get as many focus blessings as you want *0.8. Including 8 if you so wished.

I believe the change is that you don't have a hard cap at 8 blessing stack, so you still can get to 8 and more and get over 4%, but that can get expensive so like mentioned in the video it's a late game scaling vector

It literally says on the support that additional chain lightnings will not target the same enemy - so it's not a dps increase if you get more and more +1 jumps from slates etc - good for farming though
