The actual reason they are all in the same flannel is because they did all of the costumes from the same few stores in the mall that gave them discounts. Hence most of the cast is in what seems like the same cloths in some form or another.

They were like, ‘Would you be interested in re-releasing it and touring it like you do with your movies?’ I said, ‘100 percent, are you kidding me? Touring a movie that I know people like, and it’s sentimental and nostalgic? We’ll clean up.’”

Mr. Toads Wild Ride is a ride at Disneyland that's been there since it first opened in '55. It's based on a Disney Cartoon, "The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad" from the late 40s, that was based on the classic stories of "The Wind In The Willows" and "The Legend of Sleepy Hallow". It's over inside the castle in Fantasyland, next to the carousel and the sword in the stone. It's basically a little kiddy ride, where you sit in a car like you're racing around, but the car is on a track, and you just sit there as it slowly goes through animations and sets from the cartoon, with music and sound effects blasting over it. It's a classic, but probably a little boring once you reach a certain age. A lot of the older rides are pretty similar. Like the Peter Pan ride is a similar thing. It's exciting and not too scary for younger kids, but when you get older, you usually skip the kiddy stuff, and want to go somewhere with more roller-coasters.

Our mall did not have a Sam Goody, but we did have a Camelot Music (which makes sense, as it was a locally founded company). I still remember when our mall opened, and it was a pretty big deal. They had everything: Waldenbooks, K-B Toys, a candy store, Cinemark, K-Mart, JCPenney, Claire's Boutique, a card shop that sold all kinds of stickers at the height of the mid-80s sticker collecting craze, a Revco drug store, Radio Shack, at least one optometrist, a few salons, multiple shoe and clothing stores, Jewelry stores, Perry's Novel Tees, the aforementioned Camelot Music, a Kodak store that developed film on the premises, an arcade, a food court where you could get anything from pizza and soft pretzels, to Hawaiian Ice and Chinese food... and there was an attached bar. It's all gone, now. I think the dreaded Coof and its attendant "lock-down" were the final nails in the coffin of an already financially, socially, and physically leaky establishment. Most of my time (and my mother's) was spent in Waldenbooks and K-B Toys (though she spent her time browsing in the former and somewhat impatiently waiting in the latter), but I also took up space in Camelot, the arcade, and the movie theater often enough. I've heard some of the younger generations would like to bring back malls, having seen some of what they're missing via movies and the (relatively) recent 80s craze, but I don't see that happening any time soon. As far as I know, we did not have any topless psychics.

Also… I’m not sure if yall have reacted to CLERKS 2 ? Also another one where for most, you either love it or hate it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! And being a huge fan of the first Clerks… I was convinced a sequel would have trash!!! ‘Cause for me part 1… ICONIC! Then one evening it happened to be on HBO or something (mind you this was like 2006ish) so that’s as good as it got then. And I remember actually being pissed about the fact that I laughed so hard, loved the story line and most importantly it didn’t try to upstage the first one with a bunch random scenarios or unlikely situations that would come off as trying to out do part 1. It’s had the same exact vibe. The characters were exactly who in your mind would be in the future and at that age but not to a point where they’re trying to hard to pull off that they haven’t had to grow up. But yet the humor and quirks etc of characters stayed true to that was they’re personalities, only now they’re adults and keep the “charm” only now its bitching about having to deal with the fact that you can’t keep trying to coast thru life and along with getting older, this is the age where whether you like it or not you can’t stop time. Or true lifelong best friends. Dante and Randall will always be each other ride or die. Even if sometimes it gets tested. Anyways sorry to write a novel. But I really love your channel and obviously would love to see how you’d react to find out where not just Dante and Randall are up too all those yeas later… but Jay and Silent Bob as well.
