Dr. Sean O'Mara, whose all about visceral fat checking with MRIs, said that love handles are highly associated with visceral fat. See his KZbin channel as well for more info. Just started another batch of L. Reuteri yogurt this morning. Some peeps put forward the notion that taurine and glycine intake has been higher in the past.

Are you suggesting that we should increase taurine and glycine?

Sir, is it possible to have a healthy gut microbiome for a person who was born through a caesarean section and was fed with formula milk instead of breastmilk?

It’s Biblical. Knowledge will greatly increase. God is preparing our glorified bodies. Ditch the conventional beast system people.

Doc, you lost me at zero LDL. LDL transports essential nutrient to organs and cells amongst other things. If you take away all the amazon trucks how we gonna get our deliveries?

How much l. Reuteri yogurt in this period? 1 full cup (240 grams) or the usual half-cup (120 grams)? Or even more - twice daily 1 cup? Your half and half recipe is about 170 calories per cup?
@dawnelder904626 күн бұрын
Calories mean nothing. You are not a machine that burns and measure calorie. Worry about getting grass foods out of the diet first. Grains, sugar, HFCS, seed oil, some vegetables, many natural flavors and preservatives. Next get any high carb food out. Limit fruit.

Any idea how I can send supergut yogurt from FL to PA? How the recipient can store it?
