There are a handful of ways a person could be charged if their actions resulted in the injury or death of another person. The statements can also be used against another. It basically comes down to how creative, annoyed, or petty the courts are. There is a simple rule in life, never speak about a situation from your past unless the statute of limitations have expired lol🤷‍♀️
