@Revelatore14 жыл бұрын
@mineheadX1 His audience is growing every moment of the day. Ever since I introduced his music to my children, buckethead's persona and quality of music has spread like wildfire throughout the neighborhood. His music is what people are magnetically attracted to. His faceless persona is what inspires imagination and forces the listener to really absorb the music.

Andrew, Here's the thing about what you said. People covet old 57 Strats etc for the great tone they had. The problem is they covet that sound that happened by accident. Leo Fender had specs for his pickups. But they were hand wound. The little lady in the factory that might have been told to wrap the winding so many times got distracted now and then and over wound them. Everyone wants that sound now. Today they copied that sound with Texas Spec etc and everyone of them are exact.

@amindlost13 жыл бұрын
@KayoRepresent Disagreeing to a 3month old comment, but wth. The Deli Creeps made some really good tunes, and while they're not on the level of Big B in terms of musicianship (IMHO), Maximum Bob and Pinchface are still pretty damned good at what they do. There's a manic insanity to Bob's vocals that perfectly fits with Buckethead's playing.

A lot of that from my experience is because Boo is a spontaneous soul and guitar player. Almost Guitar God like when you are standing on stage next to him watching him do his thing. Something's got to get lost along the way in the studio. Happens to a lot of bands and solo artists.

he uses that technique in other videos where you can see it better. what he does is sweep up and then uses the index and pinky finger of both the right and left hand to tap four chord tones on one string. there is a video that you can find where a good bot of mine teaches you this ultra cool technique! look for it!
