Salute to the lovely message of this video! As someone who belongs in a younger generation in our workplace, I always put prime respect to our seniors! As a saying goes, they may be old, but they are gold! Their wisdom is reaĺly something, thats why we must give value to their contribution not just in the workplace but in the entire community. Soon we will be at that stage in our life too and if we will be teachable and open minded to accept their concepts, then we will pass a great legacy on!

He realized his own mistake and accept the wisdom and experience from the old man. Sure a lot of them are not tech adept but they have years and years of experience and values to be taught. @@DramatizeMe I wish I didn't live on the other side of the world. We have enough room in our house that we could temporarily house a small family. I hope this war finishes soon.

Always respect your elders

This is a great story, & so much should be learned from it. Respect your elders & cherish them; they won’t always be around. Our elders lived in a different time than we’re living in, & have much more wisdom & knowledge than young people now. Everything was different, because they had to actually use their minds instead of the technology we have now, & they worked harder back then! As in this video, they thought they could do better than the older man, & thought it was time to put him out to pasture, until the young man was forced to work with him, & he learned a lot from him, & in a short time. Remember that our elderly people were the backbone of the country; whether here in the U.S. or any other country! Thank you for sharing this beautiful story. Many prayers are being prayed for you all, & Ukraine! My heart goes out to each & everyone of you. Stay safe, & please trust in Jesus our Lord & Savior. I know it has to be devastating, & it’s heartbreaking to see the horrible destruction that’s happening there. With much Love & Prayers, Sister Pat 💓👏🙌

When I started working in the pharmacy there were no computers. We typed the prescriptions on a electronic typewriter,so when the computers came we were very happy to learn how to use them and it made everything easier and faster. But then one day computers went down and I was the only one that new how to do things the old manual way. I was the oldest person there and the other workers were new and younger and had always used a computer and they were not there in the beginning so they didn't know what to do. They all looked at me and I showed them what to do.
