Kids can get lost. Once I was walking with my mom and my sister. I kinda walk fast without noticing and grab some stranger's hand thinking she was my mom. The woman held my hand and walked with me. When I look ar her face and saw she was not my mom, I stopped and start crying. I look around and my mom was behind me, laughing at my face. I was terrified.

This was a test but so many that are taken each day that didnt get the chance to have someone there. God bless them. They are all Heros in my book no matter if it wasn't a real situation.

This gives me so much faith in humanity. Not only did these beautiful people step in to get the creep away from the situation as much as fighting him (even if it wasn't real - they didn't know it at that time though), when he was removed from the situation, these people were seen calming the child down. That was just so beautiful and refreshing to see. I am sure they later found out that it was a social experiment and agreed to be part of this film to bring awareness that these kind of things happen and cannot be tolerated. Wonderful people. I am sure the actor later thanked these wonderful bystanders for taking action because it shows that they really care.

I was at a festival when I saw a little girl petting a dog. The guy asked what her name was and I just stopped and listened. I was on the verge of getting in the way when the little girl addressed her father and he turned around and agreed that the dog was cute. Apparently they were watching.

i think these videos have been teaching the good people in this world how to identify predator from parent/guardian . asking 'what's her name' or 'how old is she' instead of asking how THEY know HER and such .. it's so awesome !! even more respect to the younger men and women who immediately get on high alert when an adult approaches a child alone and those who furthermore put themselves at risk to make sure that little one doesn't get carried away in the wrong arms . the world is slowly getting better , not in every way , but in some really , really , significant ones .

"do you want to end up in the hospital and eat through a straw the rest of your life?" - that dude was NOT messing around. Kudos to all the folks who stepped up but also props to both the adult and kid actor for keeping character through all that went down. Esp for the kid actor who had to understand what they were doing and I truly hope the child actors in these projects talk to a therapist or social worker type person who can explain it is acting but could happen in real life but reassure the kiddo they are safe etc. Curious if either actor had to break character because it was too intense? The adult actor full knows he could be knocked out but stays in character but as an adult he gets it whereas the kid may witness strangers get aggressive even though it is to protect the kid. Your series has me thinking so much about what the strangers said once you let them know it was a scenario and filmed and their reactions afterwards where they were likely super relieved they weren't truly having a real crisis situation yet still stepped up.
