Thats awesome! All of the above are some of our favorite places! Shipping the bikes may not be the easiest thing, but it sure feels 100x better being on your own machine over rentals. Plenty of sites to see over here, and we're just getting started. Maybe one day we'll make it over to NZ to ride, theres some epic places out there that we'd love to see 🏔. What's up Andrew! We're all rocking the Thrashin' bagger adjustable brake arm in the short version. It has 3 height settings and we all run it al the lowest setting. With stock floorboards the lowest you can go is the middle setting, but with low profile floorboards, you can set it all of the way down which is super reachable. Linked below. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to info@2lanelife.com 2lanelife.com/products/adjustable-brake-arm-peg-combo?variant=37409731641538

When you are on the road trip do you factor in security for your bikes when looking for a place to spend the night ?
@2LaneLife4 жыл бұрын
Definitely. We've never had any major issues in the past but it really depends where you're at. We like to keep them as close to the room as possible, keep them all together if we're in a group, and covered when needed. We spent the night in Zion last night and the Hilton let us park right outside the entrance. Regardless, we take the valuables inside at night 👍🏼
@SublimeSubdue4 жыл бұрын
Great video as always! Since I ride alone these days, I've always worried about security for my bike. I find myself waking up alot. I had a friend who had a refurbished '57 Belaire. He had it on a trailer locked down secure and connected to his truck. He come out the next morning to nothing but his truck. Thieves got his trailer, car and all. Sad story.

in Holland we mainly drive with half helmets. Or in the past with that flip-up helmet with red devil's ear (Boxxer or Roof), however, the Marocs now ride on their dangerous scooters so you don't want to be seen with that as a Harley rider !!!

I don't think y'all were hangin' with the "young guns." It's more like they were trying to hang with the "OG." One can definitely tell the difference between the younger generation and the old skool dudes. The young guys are all over the place on the road, switching lanes left and right, fiddling with gadgets etc while the old guys are running bar to bar at 90mph. Discipline...those young cats pull that kinda riding around some 1%'ers they're going to have an up n close personal meeting with them!!! Ride safe. Great scenery at the lake.

Thanks for the comment Richard. June Lake is beautiful place and one to check out. 👍👍
@samueljeppsen97854 жыл бұрын
Love group rides. But don't like it when bikes dominate all the lanes. It wasn't your ride, but they should all stay in one lane. Dominating the road pissess off the driver's and they begin forcing their way through the bikes. Great recipe for road rage and bikes always lose the rage. Motorcycle survivability always defaults to the lug-nut rule. Whoever has the most lug-nuts, always wins the rage. Motorcycles only have one lug-nut. They always lose.
@FFL-vg9ro4 жыл бұрын
So, everyone on the interweb says that Harley is dead and the Millennials are the reason. This group runs totally counter to that narrative. Bunch of not-yet-thirty something’s and they are all on Harley’s. The MOCO needs to sit down with this group and learn a thing or two.
