And if it was in the US, the “amazing skills” would be how fast the repairer would be in cutting you an invoice for a replacement one!! Spending 30 minutes to dismantle it etc would just be too long for the repairer to go without a donut break

Im betting the balls were oversize to seat in a different spot after undersizing the pistons Funny, how he never noticed the chunks missing between the bores of the plunger body and didnt touch the check ball seats. But he did measure the check balls, threw one away and still had enough for the pump.

To be honest, a lot of equipment that we throw out in the Western world needs nothing more than some cleaning and a light polish of its moving parts to keep working. If there was a single stuck piston in that pump, it would not work. That could be caused by some old varnished oil, or a piece of dirt. Clean it out and you are good to go.

Выкручиваются как могут конечно, от безысходности, но сдаётся мне насос будет работать ещё хуже чём до переборки. Это не ремонт конечно. Разобрать, помыть солярой и собрать. И разве плунжерные пары переставляют так между собой, от балды? Откуда вынул плунжер, туда и ставить надо. Хотя после обработки наждачкой пофиг уже. Но думаю этот насос уже перебирали не раз и не два. Его может ежемесячно шаманят. Тиски конечно знатные, это да. Удивило наличие микрометра. Обычно ничего лучше подобия кронциркуля нет в наличии. Но что поделать. Была бы страна побогаче, не занимались бы таким мазохизмом.

с чего ты взял, что главное богатство? люди работают, а не потреблятствуют. Да, насос ремонтировать, то нужно учиться. хотя этот и не сложно. А вот шарики, нужно было пристукнуть, а не мерить. Тисы наверно стальные. Бо подошва тонкая. Пацанаб на годик к нам, на повышение квалификации, там бы сразу супер-пупер мастером стал. Наверно и впрямь, с преподованием там туго. Похоже пацанчик, сам до всего доходит.

У них микрометр там для антуража. Чтоб клиенту пыль в глаза пустить. Не известно, какая у него там точность. Да и какой толк от того, что им там что-нибудь померили. Дальше эти замеры никак не используются же

Ремонт хороший, плунжеры зажал в патрон без цанги или хотя бы разрезной втулки. Тех процесс соблюден. Шлифовка шкуркой сделана правильно, но я бы еще рашпилем по стаканам прошелся, слишьком уж они гладкие.

I guess the amazing skills part is that he didn’t have any springs leftover when he was done. Those shaft splines though….Yikes. Clamping the shit out of it in a lathe chuck didn’t do it any good either.

Очень удивил ремонт, когда увидел гидроузел, подумал что они сейчас наплавят металл, и на супер точном станке все подгонят до микрон. Эврика! мне нужно навести порядок в багажнике, протереть огнетушитель, может поможет и двигатель будет лучше заводится )))). P/S Очень понравились тисочки, в тисках можно блок двигателя зажимать от крузака, или мотик за раму. ))) А токарный станок чистый, ээх, мой бы кто отмыл до такого состояния))).

I have no idea what he did besides take it apart, clean the pistons off on the lathe, wash everything off with gasoline, and put it back together. He didn't even replace the gasket or grease the bearings.

Each piston will be matched to its corresponding cylinder and they will not be interchangeable. Mixing them is bad practice. When undoing bolts on items like that they should be loosened diagonally and tightened with a torque wrench the same way. I would choose someone else.

He didn't even remove the dirt inside the housing. That thing is going to be in no better shape than it was before he took it apart after the first time it is run, if not worse. That dirt can now loosen and get between the bearings, which will destroy them. If he had at least used a wire wheel to clean the inside of the housing it would be much, much better.

Yes, that's for the small bolts. The big bolts need to be tightened until the thread snaps, then you back off by 1/8 turn 😉

There was a video of some factory worker here in Russia who used to use sandpaper to clean the surface of the billet working on damn big lathe. Well it worked for him 1000 of times but failed on 1001th. It scary af, tbh. I think you only see more or less young dudes for a reason. Old lather operator would respect PPE and safety rules.
